Red currant jelly with semolina
Contents: 50 g dessert powder
for 500 ml (1/2 l) water

Preparation:
1. Take 8 tablespoons from 1/2 liter of water and mix with the contents of the sachet and 80 g of sugar (4 - 5 level tablespoons).
2. Bring the remaining water to a boil, remove the pot from the heat, and add the mixed powder. Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Pour the red fruit compote into a cold rinsed bowl and let it cool.
4. Serve the red fruit compote with vanilla sauce, e.g. from Rotplombe.Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
