 The Rotkäppchen sparkling wine cellar in the idyllic town of Freyburg an der Unstrut has been producing sparkling wine of the finest composition since 1856. As a friend and connoisseur of imaginative sparkling wine, you can choose from several flavors – from the traditional range in the cuvées dry, semi-dry, mild, ruby, dry rosé, and dry for diabetics, to the bottle-fermented Riesling dry and the classic bottle fermentation made from the fine wines of the Saale and Unstrut regions.
