13.5 g jelly powder for 500 ml (1/2 l) water and 80 g sugar
makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

Gelatin, acidifier fumaric acid, flavoring, vitamin C, color: riboflavin, carmine.

May contain traces of wheat, hazelnuts, milk and whole egg powder.

Preparation:

1. Bring 500 ml of water and the sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, add the contents of the sachet, and stir until dissolved. Do not boil!
2. Pour the jelly into dessert glasses and let it set in the refrigerator for several hours.

Recipe suggestion:

Tip: To turn out the jelly, dip the glasses briefly in hot water and serve with Rotplombe Sofix sauce vanilla flavor.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.
