Ingredients:

Wheat flour, whole milk powder, baking powder (corn starch, raising agent sodium bicarbonate, acidifier citric acid), whole egg powder, table salt

Preparation:

1. Bring enough lightly salted water (1 g of salt to 1 liter of water) to a boil.
2. Meanwhile, combine the contents of the packet with 125 ml of cold water and knead into a medium-firm dough. With lightly floured hands, form it into 1 or 2 logs and let them rest for 5 minutes.
3. Add the dumplings to the boiling water and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
4. Remove the finished dumplings and let them steam for about 5 minutes.
5. Then cut into 1 cm thick slices using a crossed piece of twine, place on plates and arrange as desired.

Important:
Never fry dumpling mixture dishes floating in fat, as there is a risk of splashing!
Tip:
Freeze leftover portions and reheat over steam when needed.

Store in a cool, dry place.
