 Preparation:
 1. Boil 300 ml of water.
 2. Remove the pot from the heat and add 200 ml of cold water.
 3. Gradually stir in the contents of one sachet with a whisk until there are no lumps.

 Preparation in the microwave:
 Stir the contents of the sachet into 500 ml of cold water and heat uncovered for 7 minutes at 650 watts.
