Preparation:
1. Place the desired number of potato dumplings into a pot with plenty of cold, lightly salted (1g per 1 liter of water) water.
2. Then bring to a boil and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes with the pot uncovered.
3. Then remove the finished potato dumplings, rinse briefly with cold water, tear open the bag at the long end and drain while hot.
