Preparation:
1. Place the napkin dumplings in a pot with plenty of cold, lightly salted water (1 g of salt per 1 liter of water).
2. Bring the water with the dumplings to a boil and let it simmer gently in the open pot for about 10 minutes.
3. Then remove the finished dumplings, rinse them briefly with cold water and tear open the cooking bag at the long end.
4. Cut the dumplings into slices about 1 cm thick and serve hot.

Important:
If using an induction cooker, let the dumplings rest in cold water for 3 minutes before cooking.
If you take a portion of the dumpling, the remaining dumpling will keep for 4 weeks in a well-sealed bag.Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
