Preparation:
It's that easy:
1. Place the desired number of spinach dumplings in a pot with plenty of cold, lightly salted water
(1g salt per 1l of water). The dumplings must be well covered with water.
2. Bring the water with the dumplings to a boil without a lid and simmer for about 8 minutes.
Continue to boil in the open pot until bubbling.
3. Then take out the finished dumplings, rinse them briefly with cold water
